CEDAR POINT PERFORMANCE (8/16/19)

GUEST TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH US!

If your family purchased guest tickets through us you will need to meet Mrs. Logan at the front gate of the park @ 11:00am!

Important Information:

  • Report Time: 9:00am @ SHS Bandroom 
  • Attire: Summer Uniform (White Marching Rockets Shirt, Khaki Shorts, Tennis Shoes)
  • Performance Time: 12:00pm near park front entrance!
  • Est. Return Time @ SHS: 11:30pm (A remind message will be sent 15 minutes out)

Other Things Students Need:

  • Food Money! (Lunch / Dinner / Snacks)
  • A Drawstring Bag
    • To hold personal items.
  • A Change of Clothes (OPTIONAL) 
    • If students plan to ride “water rides” this is highly recommended.

BAND CAR WASHES – LINKS INCLUDED!

This is a reminder that ALL 2019-20 marching rockets students are expected to attend one car wash this summer!

These car washes are run by our band boosters organization and will happen each Saturday in June from 10am to 2pm.

  • Saturday, June 8th @ Big Dee’s
  • Saturday, June 15th @ Fire Station
  • Saturday, June 22nd @ Fire Station
  • Saturday, June 29th @ Big Dee’s

Due to size constraints on school emails, I will send out each car wash list via separate emails.

If your student has not signed up for one two hour shift, Again I state we do expect each marching rocket member to contribute for one two hour shift!

Please check the attached lists! If you are unable to make a car wash you have signed up for email Mr. Ciulla with the date/time of the car wash you do plan to attend.

FINAL REMINDER: EACH STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING ONE USED/OLD BATH TOWEL FOR INVENTORY!
